01When is the FastMoro AI Black Friday sale?
The FastMoro AI video generator Black Friday sale runs from November 20 at 12:00 AM through December 1 at 11:59 PM, US Pacific Time. It includes Black Friday on November 27 and Cyber Monday on November 30.
02Which plans are in the AI video generator Black Friday sale?
All four monthly plans, all four annual plans and all four credit packs participate. The discount applies to the first month of an eligible monthly subscription, the first year of an eligible annual subscription, or an eligible credit-pack purchase. The separate 7-day pass is excluded.
03What happens when my subscription renews?
The Black Friday discount is for the first billing period only. Monthly subscriptions renew at the regular monthly price from the second month; annual subscriptions renew at the regular annual price from the second year. Existing subscription renewals and plan upgrades are not discounted.
04Can existing customers get the AI video generator Black Friday offer?
Yes. New and existing accounts can qualify for a new eligible purchase, including switching from monthly to annual. The Black Friday offer is limited to one use per account. Existing renewals and plan upgrades are excluded.
05Do I need a coupon code?
No. During the sale, eligible purchases receive the discount automatically at Stripe checkout. You do not need to type a code. Check the final amount and renewal terms before paying.
06Can I combine the Black Friday offer with other offers?
No. Black Friday cannot be combined with other offers, including the separate low-price 7-day pass. The 10 sign-up credits for new accounts remain available under their existing terms.
07Can I use my creations commercially?
Pro, Max and Pro Max subscriptions, and Max and Pro Max credit packs, include commercial usage rights. Basic subscriptions, Basic and Pro credit packs, and creations made with sign-up credits are for personal, non-commercial use.
08How are credits charged and when do they expire?
Generation costs depend on the selected model, duration and resolution, and are shown before you create. Monthly plan credits are valid for 30 days. Annual credits are issued monthly and expire no later than the end of the paid annual period. Credit packs are valid for 365 days. Check your account for each grant's expiration date.
09What is the refund policy?
Completed generations and used credits are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise or FastMoro AI states otherwise in writing. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge was made in error. See the Terms of Service for the full policy.
